Profile

The newest addition to M&A's Phoenix office, Carrolette is an expert in aquifer protection permitting (APP) and the application of federal, state, and local water quality rules and regulations. For 3 years, she managed ADEQ's APP unit, which processes applications for mines, industrial facilities, and dry wells. Her responsibilities in this role included interfacing with the AZPDES, stormwater, Superfund, WQARF, air, and voluntary remediation programs. Prior to her stint at ADEQ, Carrolette worked as a project manager for environmental consulting firms in the Phoenix and Denver areas. Her consulting experience focused on project management and the oversight of various design, construction, operation, and maintenance activities associated with remedial technologies for treating soil and groundwater.

In December 2009, Carrolette received a Supernova Award for her long-term commitment to ADEQ's mission and the employees. She also won a Team Constellation Award for training fellow ADEQ employees. Carrolette is a coauthor of the book In Situ Bioremediation of Perchlorate in Groundwater.
