Profile
Taylor brings us expertise in the area of water economics and helps M&A’s clients answer questions about the sale, lease, transfer, valuation, and market development of various water supplies. He applies both econometric and analytical techniques to derive water values and he has experience evaluating the implications of water policies on management decisions. His up-to-date knowledge of regulatory / policy issues and opportunities is integral to helping clients plan for future water resources. For example, he developed an economic model to help the Hopi tribal leadership project the impacts of drought on the availability of planned water supplies. The model became a decision-making tool for the tribe, providing an opportunity to mitigate anticipated impacts in a cost-effective manner.
